Member of Advisory Board He has an experience of 13 years both industry and academics. He has worked with Oberoi Group of Hotels, Carnival Cruise Line USA. His Doctoral Research work is in the area Staff Turnover Intention in Hotel industry. He has published more than 30 research papers in field of hospitality, tourism and management and presented more than 16 papers in International and National conferences. He has also published a book entitled “Staff Turnover Intention of Employees in Chain and Non- chain Hotels of Udaipur District”. He is currently associated with Amity University, Jaipur.
